We're back, and operating as normal!

COVID-19 has definitely been a massive problem for people. We have really felt the impact of COVID-19 because it meant that we couldn’t provide you with the therapies and services that you were looking for for a small amount of time. Like many businesses, we were forced to close down when the outbreak really got going, and we have wondered when we would be allowed to go back to work. 

 

Thankfully, that time has arrived. After some careful assessment of the risks, which we will talk about in a moment, we are pleased to report that we are going to be able to come back to providing you with our incredible lifestyle improving therapies and wellbeing services very shortly. Let’s take a look at what this means. 

In the wake of COVID-19, we have completely overhauled our systems and processes to make sure that we are as safe as possible for you. We understand that you might be naturally hesitant to return to public services in the wake of this potentially dangerous disease, but rest assured, we have taken every possible precaution to protect you.

 

From the 7th of July of 2020, we will be offering our standard range of appointments, however, we have made some modifications to the way that we do things. First of all, we have done an extensive risk assessment program to identify any potential risks associated with COVID-19, and then we have taken the appropriate steps to make sure that we are COVID-secure. For example, this means that we have introduced a system of health and safety equipment for our staff, appropriate handwashing facilities for visitors, and social distancing guidelines will be enforced where we feel it is appropriate. 

 

We have put these systems in place to protect you and us. Obviously, we wouldn’t want to put you at risk, but we have a responsibility to look after our staff members as well. So the system that we have created is for the benefit of everybody, which is why it is absolutely essential that you follow the rules we ask you to follow, and you respect the procedures that we have in place. 

Obviously, we endeavour to provide you with as many of the standard services as we can, because we understand that you need the treatment of bio-resonance and our wellness programs to help you lead the best possible life.

 

The standard bio-resonance programs will be on offer, as well as our wellness, health and life coaching sessions that we have been offering will return to full operation too. We will also be offering our residence packages with extensive social distancing and health and safety guidelines implemented. If you need to stay with us to restore your health, you are welcome to do so, but we will be taking extra care to make sure that you are as protected as possible. 

 

In conclusion, we are very excited to be able to get back to work and to start providing you with the therapy, services and support that you need. We thank you all for your patience during this difficult time period, as COVID-19 has rendered many people unable to get the services that they need. However, from the 7th of July, we are looking forward to providing you with the same level of excellent service as we did in the past, but with a renewed emphasis on health and safety.
